This is a very lovely place to stay. When we went it was Christmas and full of snow everywhere, it took as back to being in Lapland but at a fraction of the price. The staff were very welcoming and helpful if we needed anything. We're definitely going back in the summer 2011.

We would recommend this holiday as the location and setting was stunning. Very peaceful lodges made taking two small children away stress free. No specific facilities for children- which was fine by us. Loved not being near a road and could walk from lodge.

Yes we can highly recommend this holiday as it was quiet but central and had beautiful surroundings. Very friendly and welcoming staff and very nice accommodation. Perfect for a relaxing break! And children will love the welcome the ducks give you every morning...very sweet!

Lovely place. Peaceful and quiet, yet close to Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis and other holiday places. Also handy for Exeter. Good for fishing and bird-watching (we saw a rare Dartford warbler at a nearby reserve!)

A quiet and relaxing location but close enough to the coast and the beautiful market town of Honiton. The Otter Valley itself is splendid for walking in the country.

We had a fantastic time, views and walks, wildlife were amazing!!! Peaceful and relaxing. enjoyed a warm dip in the pool even in november. 40th birthday will never be forgotton, it truly is heaven in Devon!!!!!!!!!!! and don't forget your furry friend can go also!!

I would strongly recommend this holiday to anyone wishing for a quiet and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whilst a bit off the beaten track it is a good starting point to visit both Devon and Somerset, with many interesting places to visit.

The park and its facilities were outstanding, a beatiful area where conservation has triumphed over commercialism. Lovely staff, and excellent food and drink. We were greeted and treated more like long lost friends than customers, total bliss. We have re-booked for a longer period next year!
